Equator Stockholm has designed a shopping mall, parking, flats and refurbishment of an existing office building in central Liljeholmen. The buildings have a large impact on the square. The housing facing the square has a closed façade, protecting the inhabitants from noise and making their homes less visible toward the public square. The shopping galleria faces the square with an open inviting glass façade.

This area is under rapid development, from a suburban centre to a part of Stockholm’s city centre. Equator made use of the new three-dimensional zoning laws, making it possible to maximize the built area of the new development.
